1. Must be at least 21 years of age and a member of the Silver Rewards Slot Club.
2. Promotion begins on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. and ends at managements discretion
3. Players cashing a paycheck of $75.00 or more are entitled to participate in this promotion.
4. Players using their slot club card while playing receive 50% of their daily loss in the event they lose $10 or more. Bonus award amounts are rounded to nearest whole dollar and may not exceed $50. Examples: Lose $44, get $22 back / Lose $109, get $50 back. Lose $9, get $0 back. Lose $73, get $36 back.
5. Players are responsible for making sure their card is reading correctly at all times. Players are responsible for indicating to the Slot Club personnel, that they are choosing to be reimbursed. Once reimbursed, any other money lost is not subject to reimbursement. No awards will be given for play that is not verifiable.
6. Players may only use offer one time on the date the paycheck was cashed.
7. Management of the Opera House reserves the right to modify, change or cancel this promotion at any time.
